IT Project Management Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting project managers in day-to-day project management activities, including coordinating team meetings, developing project charters, resource and financial planning, leading surveys, and feedback sessions.
  2. Collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure projects consistently deliver in-scope, on time, on budget, and with high quality.
  3. Initiating project setup and supporting them through phase gate reviews.
  4. Managing compliance with standards and processes.
  5. Participating in planning and execution meetings.
  6. Reporting on team and project-related matters.
  7. Working with various stakeholders to drive the adoption of project management guidelines, standards, KPIs, and processes across the organization.
  8. Coordinating change activities.

Qualifications:

  1. You have an engineering or information technology degree, or equivalent proven practical experience.
  2. Solid IT project management experience.
  3. Substantial experience and expertise (a proven track record) supporting or leading teams through IT project delivery.
  4. Good knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, and the software development lifecycle.
  5. Project management certification is advantageous.
  6. Good understanding of DevOps processes and tools, as well as cloud and infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS/Azure cloud, networks, data centers) is advantageous.
  7. You demonstrate high performance with the ability to navigate quickly between high and detailed levels, have a proactive mindset, and are quickly able to get into hands-on work where needed.
  8. You work in a collaborative way and have good stakeholder management skills.
  9. Your working style is characterized by a strong customer focus, being results-oriented, great collaboration, strong planning & organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
  10. Proficient in English; additionally, German and/or French is advantageous.
