We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our medical device team in Heerbrugg. You will be responsible for assembling, testing, and servicing medical devices according to strict quality and regulatory standards. The role also includes support in warehouse operations such as goods receipt, storage, and shipping preparation. What You’ll Be Doing: Assemble and calibrate medical devices and components according to technical drawings and work instructions Perform functional tests, inspections, and final quality checks to ensure compliance with medical standards Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of customer devices and returned products Document all work processes in accordance with regulatory and quality system requirements (e.g., ISO 13485) Assist with warehouse operations such as incoming goods inspection, stock organization, and packaging for shipment Support process improvements and collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics departments Ensure a clean and safe working environment in compliance with workplace and medical device regulations What Experience & Skills You Will Need: Completed vocational training in mechatronics, electronics, precision mechanics, or a related technical field Practical experience in medical device assembly, technical service, and warehouse operations Ability to read and understand technical drawings, assembly instructions, and testing documentation Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to quality and safety standards Reliable, structured, and hands‑on working style Basic PC skills (MS Office, ERP/WMS systems experience is a plus) Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Fluency in German – fluency in English is desirable What We Can Offer You: A secure, long-term position in an innovative and growing medical device company A motivated and supportive team with a positive work culture Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Medical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
