Responsabilités :
  • Participation au développement de l’offre et des affaires des cliniques, à la définition de la stratégie ainsi qu’à l’optimisation organisationnelle par l’application des outils d’analyse et de gestion appropriés
  • Analyse, évaluation et gestion des opportunités de développement commercial des cliniques : élaboration de la business analyse, définition de business case, élaboration de Business Plans, de demandes de projets, etc.
  • En charge de projets de développement commercial et/ou complexes, de coordination et d’investissement de la clinique
  • Récolte, analyse et utilisation des données financières, statistiques et quantitatives
  • Soutien administratif : demandes d’autorisation d’exploiter, rédaction et négociation de partenariats, etc.
Qualifications :
  • En possession d’un titre universitaire de niveau master ou d’un titre équivalent (HES/HEG)
  • Expérience professionnelle de minimum 3 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le domaine de l’économie de santé
  • Bonnes connaissances du système de santé suisse
  • Compétences analytiques et financières requises
  • De langue maternelle française, vous vous exprimez avec facilité et rédigez avec aisance. Des connaissances de l’allemand et de l’anglais sont un atout
  • Dextérité dans les tâches administratives et le suivi de projets
  • Vous disposez d’excellentes connaissances de l’environnement informatique MS Office (Word, Excel, Access et Powerpoint)
  • Compétences requises : aisance dans la communication, capacité d’écoute, grande capacité de négociation, autonomie, organisation, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
