Mitten im urbanen und lebendigen Stadtviertel Kleinbasel gelegen und prall gefüllt mit pulsierenden Inhalten hat sich das Volkshaus Basel seit 1925 als Institution für Gastronomie (Brasserie 150 Sitzplätze, Imi Bar 45 Sitzplätze), Events (bis 1'350 Gäste) und Hotellerie (45 Zimmer) einen Namen gemacht – kulinarischer Genuss, nachhaltige Erholung, atemberaubende Architektur, inspirierende Kunst und Begegnungen, die in Erinnerung bleiben.

Einleitung

Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams in Basel suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

eine : n Human Resources Manager : in (m / w / d) 60-80%

Als unser : e HR Manager : in betreust du zuverlässig das ganzheitliche Personalwesen unseres Betriebes und bist der / die direkte Ansprechpartner : in unserer Mitarbeitenden (ca. 60 FTE exkl. Aushilfen).

Aufgabenbereich und Verantwortung :
  • Rundum Verwaltung und HR-Administration: Rekrutierung, On-Boarding, Führung der Personaldossiers, Pflege der Stammdaten, Absenzenwesen, Zeugniserstellung, Austritte etc.
  • Zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle personalrelevanten Anliegen der Teams, kompetente Unterstützung und Beratung sowie Case Management
  • Mitarbeiterförderung in Form von Entwicklung und Schulung
  • Direkte Ansprechperson für die externe Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Einhaltung aller arbeitsrechtlichen Anforderungen und Vorschriften
  • Übernahme und Optimierung des ganzheitlichen HR-Marketings
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Pflege und Handhabung des Zeiterfassungssystems Mirus 4.0
  • Erreichung einer hohen Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung der Corporate Culture
  • Betreuung diverser HR-Projekte (Entwicklung nachhaltiger Strukturen, Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung, Ausbildungsprogramme etc.)
  • Du rapportierst direkt an die General Managerin und übernimmst somit eine Stabstelle im Betrieb
  • Flexibles Pensum: idealerweise 60% an 4 Tagen oder 80% an 4-5 Tagen
Dein Profil :
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Hotellerie / Gastronomie
  • Abschluss einer fachlichen Weiterbildung im Personalbereich von Vorteil
  • Du hast sowohl Freude am operativen HR als auch an der Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches und bringst frische Ideen ein, um unser Team kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Du behälst stets den Überblick, kannst Prioritäten richtig setzen und strukturierst deine Arbeitsabläufe selbständig
  • Du kennst die Grundlagen des L-GAV und des ArG. Du fühlst dich wohl in einer kleinen KMU-Umgebung, wo vieles selbst angepackt und umgesetzt wird
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, starker Dienstleistungsgedanke und Vorhandensein des nötigen Fingerspitzengefühls in heiklen Situationen
  • Sehr gute MS Office und IT-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Mirus von grossem Vorteil
  • Diskretion, Loyalität und Zuverlässigkeit sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
