Für den Ausbau und die Leitung unserer technischen Organisation mit Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und den Betrieb der be pp o -Plattform und aller be pp o -Anwendungen suchen wir am Standort Zürich zum 1.7.2021 oder früher eine(n)

Leiter Plattform & Anwendungenm/w/d | Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | Geschäftsleitung

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung des Unternehmens in Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO und dem Management Team mit Verantwortung für die be pp o -Plattform und alle be pp o -Anwendungen
  • Aufbau und Leitung des Design-, Entwicklungs- und DevOps-Teams in der Schweiz und Serbien
  • Ausarbeitung und Dokumentation aller Use Cases und Anforderungen auf Basis der be pp o -Geschäftsprozesse
  • Ausarbeitung und Dokumentation des Systemdesigns und der Systemarchitektur sowie Qualifikation und Auswahl der einzusetzenden Technologien
  • Sicherstellung des nahtlosen Betriebs entsprechend zugesicherter KPI’s
  • Informatives und konstruktives Reporting sowie proaktive Einbringung von Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, des Software Engineerings oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen im Aufbau und der Leitung von verteilten Softwareentwicklungsorganisationen (iOS/Android, Fullstack) in der Schweiz
  • Einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Leitung von komplexen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, Softwarearchitekt und Senior Entwickler in einem Dienstleistungs- oder Technologieunternehmen in der Schweiz
  • Erfahrung mit den gängigen Entwicklungs- und DevOps-Prozessen und Tools sowie cloudbasierten IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Start-Up-Erfahrung (vorzugsweise in der Schweiz) von grossem Vorteil
  • Emotionale Intelligenz, Teamplayer, spannt die Brücke zwischen Business und Technologie
  • Analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher; Serbisch/Kroatisch von Vorteil
