You are at the heart of the bank’s transformation and bring together colleagues from all units, be it Front, IT or Compliance to achieve excellence. ## **YOUR CHALLENGE*** Co-design and monitor bank-wide data product standards and processes* Work closely with representatives from the front office business units and supporting business functions like legal, compliance, finance, operations Enterprise Architecture and IT* Enable and co-create with business data models according to company, industry and architectural standards## **YOUR PROFILE*** Earned a university degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance* Several years of experience in metadata management, data dictionary, information architecture, data lineage, data modelling and business glossary* Proven track record working in the financial industry / banking industry* Acquainted working with data modelling and data management tools in general (data dictionary, data lineage, etc.)* Strong at collaborating and influencing, building an effective stakeholder network across divisions and regions* Comfortable in challenging the status quo and manage escalations on every level* Great teammate, who is fun to work with and drives the change naturally* Fluent in English, German would be an advantageWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
