Our ambition is to further grow our highly experienced team of former strategy consultants in order to shape the strategic trajectory of our company and create value for our stakeholders. This role is ideal for dynamic, client-focused and forward-thinking individuals that want to participate in shaping the future of our business and organizationAs a Strategic & Value Creation Project Lead, you will be at the heart of shaping and delivering high-impact value creation initiatives that directly influence the organization’s strategic trajectory and financial performance. It reports directly to our Head Strategic Finance & Group Controlling and is located in the Group Chief Value Officer area. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders globally along Chain IQ’s major business operations and corporate functions, offering the possibility to have a significant impact on transformative actions across Chain IQKey ResponsibilitiesOwning and driving strategic and value creation initiatives across the organizationPartnering with senior stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives in line with overall objectivesIdentifying and implementing strategies to optimize workflows and enhance productivityImplementing and utilizing data analytics and business intelligence solutionsDriving change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working within the organizationEnabling cultural change by promoting agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within business operationsRequirements3-7 years of professional experience in top-tier strategy consultingProven track record of leading transformation and value creation initiativesImpressive analytical, problem-solving, finance and organizational skillsExcellent written and spoken English and German skillsExperience in leveraging AI technologies to drive business transformation and value creation is a plusAbility to communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholdersPassionate team player with high level of performance in dynamic situationsProactive and independent work style with a great sense of responsibilityWhat We OfferWe offer a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose.
