It is an exciting time at Chain IQ and we are looking for a Strategic & Value Creation Project Lead to join us in our headquarters in Baar, Switzerland. Our ambition is to further grow our highly experienced team of former strategy consultants in order to shape the strategic trajectory of our company and create value for our stakeholders. This role is ideal for dynamic, client-focused and forward-thinking individuals that want to participate in shaping the future of our business and organization. 

Role Purpose 

As a Strategic & Value Creation Project Lead, you will be at the heart of shaping and delivering high-impact value creation initiatives that directly influence the organization's strategic trajectory and financial performance. It reports directly to our Head Strategic Finance & Group Controlling and is located in the Group Chief Value Officer area. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders globally along Chain IQ's major business operations and corporate functions, offering the possibility to have a significant impact on transformative actions across Chain IQ. 

Key Responsibilities

Owning and driving strategic and value creation initiatives across the organization 

Partnering with senior stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives in line with overall objectives 

Identifying and implementing strategies to optimize workflows and enhance productivity 

Implementing and utilizing data analytics and business intelligence solutions 

Driving change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working within the organization 

Enabling cultural change by promoting agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within business operations 

Requirements 

3-7 years of professional experience in top-tier strategy consulting

Proven track record of leading transformation and value creation initiatives 

Impressive analytical, problem-solving, finance and organizational skills 

Excellent written and spoken English and German skills

Experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive business transformation and value creation is a plus

Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders 

Passionate team player with high level of performance in dynamic situations 

Proactive and independent work style with a great sense of responsibility
