We also avail our services to Spain, Portugal and further and share the procurement with other group members for those countries. Our objectives are to give excellent services to every customer by having a well trained, highly efficient and motivated trade, traffic and financing team.

For our group company, Bernhard Rothfos Intercafé AG, we are looking for an Accounting Coordinator (f/m/d).
The position will be based in Zug and reports directly to the Head of Finance & Accounting.

Your responsibilities

  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach CH-GAAP und IFRS
  • Unterhalt und Abstimmung von Hauptbuchhaltung und Nebenbüchern
  • Revision der Zahlen im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Kontenabstimmung und Klärung bilanzieller Sachverhalte
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und -meldungen
  • Verantwortung für die Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Prüfung von Brokerstatements und Verbuchen von Absicherungsgeschäften
  • Daten-Upload in die Gruppen-Konsolidierungssoftware
  • Erstellung von Debitoren- und Kreditorenlisten
  • Revision von Bankspesen
  • Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen und Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Revision Zahlungs-Ein- und Ausgänge
  • Saldenabgleich aller Bankkonten
  • Forex-Geschäfte
  • Erstellung von Treasury-Berichten

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Buchhalter oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in CH-GAAP, IFRS und Steuerrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Genauigkeit
  • Gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke
