Quality Assurance Manager - Projects| - %

Ref-Nr. 2 Arbeitsort: Burgdorf | Hybrid. Helfen Sie uns, modernste Medizintechnik-Lösungen auf den Markt zu bringen, indem Sie dank Ihrer strukturierten Herangehensweise Prozesse optimieren und die Qualität sicherstellen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  1. Festlegen, Verhandeln und Vereinbaren von internen Qualitätsprozessen, Standards und Spezifikationen
  2. Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Stakeholdern (Operations, Produktentwicklung oder Qualitätssystem) zur Festlegung von Prozessen
  3. Projektleitung zur Implementierung eines «Monitoring and Measurement of Product» Prozesses sowie Pflege des Prozesses
  4. Teilnahme in Process Owner Teams, um Prozesse zu entwickeln und zu verbessern, im Rahmen von Qualitätsverbesserungsprozessen
  5. Projekte zum Monitoring and Measurement of Produkt
  6. Teilnahme und / oder Führen von Kundenprojekten im Rahmen der Quality Assurance
  7. Teilnehmer in NC und CAPA Boards, ggf. weiteren Gremien

Ihr Profil

  1. BSc/BA in einer wissenschaftlichen Disziplin oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin oder eine gleichwertige Kombination von Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
  2. Vertiefte Kenntnisse in GMP; EN ISO, CFR, MDR (EU) 7/, ICHQ
  3. Mindestens fünf Jahre praktische Erfahrung als QA-Manager/-in in einer regulierten Branche, wie der pharmazeutischen, biopharmazeutischen, medizintechnischen oder ähnlichen Industrie
  4. Gründliche Kenntnisse der Methoden der Qualitätssicherung und der Standards
  5. Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  6. Konzeptionelles, analytisches, systematisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen
  7. Lösungsorientiert
