The role involves harmonizing product range requirements across multiple mechatronic products and software platforms (mobile apps, cloud, operating systems). You will consolidate conflicting and unclear requirements, clean up overlaps, and articulate requirements while considering change impacts and stakeholder management.RequirementsWork Experience:Stakeholder and System Requirements Level (≥8 years)Consulting mindset / Independent thinking (≥8 years)Interdisciplinary stakeholder management (≥8 years)Proficient in UML diagrams (≥8 years)Modular and scalable design of reusable functional blocks (≥8 years)Education:Degree from ETH or Technical University in software, mechatronics, or engineeringSoftware & Tools:Generalist background in software engineering (≥3-5 years)Application Life Cycle Tools / Requirements Engineering Tools (≥3 years)Codebeamer (nice to have)Language Skills:English: Business fluentGerman: Nice to haveAdditional Information:The job requires a consulting mindset and strong analytical thinking to quickly identify overlaps and differences, consolidate requirements, and minimize complexity.
