Global Medical Education Content Manager

The Global Medical Education Content Manager is responsible for the successful commercialization of our products and solutions from an education perspective.

In this role he/she is instrumental in enabling our staff, speakers, and our different customer groups to understand, properly use, and where applicable, effectively sell our products by using consistent, high-quality, and up-to-date blended learning formats. This position reports to the Head of Global Training and Education. The main interfaces of the role include:

  • Global Medical Education teams
  • Global Product Management team
  • Connected Customer Solutions team
  • ITI Education team
  • Internal downstream trainers, marketing and sales management teams
  • External speakers / KOLs

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Learning content packages & trainings:

  • Work with Product Managers and launch core teams to develop and provide consistent, scalable, and didactically sound learning objectives and content for different target groups, including:
  • Indication-based treatment principles relevant per launch
  • Product and/or Workflow features and benefits
  • Speaker kits (including standard presentations and images, videos, or animations)

Manage, upkeep, and deploy learning packages per relevant stakeholder groups. Implement launch trainings per relevant internal downstream responsible stakeholders and secure organization readiness per regulated pass rates.

Education/Professional Experience

  • Graduate in Dentistry with specialty-level knowledge of implantology & the ITI SAC Classification.
  • Clinical experience in implantology and digital workflows is an advantage.
  • 2-year experience with lecturing and conducting hands-on classroom trainings.
  • Competence working with MS Office programs (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in adult education is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

This is a 15-month temporary position.
