They are looking for a Health Insurance Specialist to join their dynamic team in Ecublens (VD) or Vésenaz (GE), Switzerland. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with multinational corporate clients and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise multinational clients on Swiss and European health insurance systems (cross-border workers, expatriates, residents).
  • Build strong relationships with policyholders, HR departments, and insurers.
  • Drive administrative excellence for an international clientele.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in insurer invoices—your attention to detail will shine here
What You Bring:
  • Languages: Proficiency in French, English, and German (minimum C1 level).
  • Experience: 2+ years in social insurance, with a focus on health insurance (LAMal, LCA).
  • Education: Commercial training (CFC, diploma, maturity). A federal certificate in health, social, or private insurance is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and writing skills, comfort with numbers, and proficiency in Excel.
