What it's about

In this position, you will be part of the growing institutional client team covering Switzerland and will make an impact by supporting client acquisition and maintenance across the team and firm.

In your role, your primary tasks will include:

  1. Support client relationship managers with the preparation for client meetings, pitches, and due diligence sessions including compiling convincing bespoke marketing presentations and investment proposals.
  2. Creating tailored, persuasive, and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries, and performance updates.
  3. Become a point of contact with Partners Group internal teams and stakeholders requiring strong collaboration.
  4. Producing written market updates and summaries of investment activity.
  5. Owning the whole process to deliver convincing answers to requests for proposals (RFPs).
  6. Become an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products, and investment strategies across asset classes.
  7. Building professional and technical knowledge to work independently with senior sales professionals and respond to client queries.
What we expect
  1. Undergraduate university degree with outstanding academic results.
  2. Native German speaker with excellent skills in both spoken and written English (both hard requirements). Good understanding of spoken and written French is a clear plus.
  3. Required experience in private markets, consulting, M&A, or investment banking gained by previous internships.
  4. Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset and willingness to work towards tight deadlines in a challenging environment.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail.
  6. Confident and comfortable communicating with teams and individuals across all levels.
  7. Ability to take full ownership and responsibility.
  8. Strong project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time.
  9. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  10. Proactive hands-on approach.
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
