L'office cantonal des systèmes d'information et du numérique (OCSIN) élabore et concrétise la politique de l'administration cantonale ainsi que la politique de sécurité de l'information. L'OCSIN esquisse les contours de la politique du Conseil d'Etat, visant à faire du canton un acteur important de la transformation de notre société, induite par l'essor du numérique.
Le secteur Construction et support des services clouds (CSC) a pour but de fournir les services clouds, les outillages IaC et les "Middleware" à la Direction des Infrastructures. Le secteur CSC répond aux missions suivantes :
- Assurer le rôle de centre d'expertise CMP (Cloud Management Platform)
- Développer, gérer et gouverner, les services cloud hybrides IaaS / PaaS / XaaS
- Gérer tous les aspects en lien avec le cycle de vie des services exposés, notamment en rapport avec les aspects de mise à disposition, sécuritaires, de qualité, de tests, de surveillance, de performance, et d'obsolescence
- Assurer le support aux incidents, problèmes et changements des services sous responsabilité
- Être en responsabilité du service d'API Factory
- Analyser, concevoir et documenter les API intégrées aux services transverses
- Soutenir les équipes de la Direction des Infrastructure dans le cadre du développement, de l'intégration et de la mise à disposition d'API sur le périmètre transverse
- Offrir un service de support à l'infrastructure as code (IaC) et à l'activité d'intégration continue
- Assurer le rôle de centre d'expertise Middleware
- Standardiser, industrialiser et mettre à disposition des solutions middleware
- Gérer tous les aspects en lien avec le cycle de vie des services exposés, notamment en rapport avec les aspects sécuritaires, de qualité, de tests, de surveillance, de performance, de mise à disposition et d'obsolescence
- Assurer le support aux incidents, problèmes et changements des services sous responsabilité.
En tant qu'Ingénieur Cloud, IaC et Middleware vos missions principales seront :
- Développer / configurer, maintenir, tester et surveiller des solutions cloud (interne et public) et middleware
- Participer à des projets ou à la réalisation des POC liés aux solutions cloud et middleware
- Assurer le traitement des incidents et problèmes liés aux solutions Cloud, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), et middleware
- Fournir un support de 2ᵉ et 3ᵉ niveau aux utilisateurs internes
- Conseiller les équipes fonctionnelles sur les possibilités des services cloud et middleware
- Planifier le renouvellement des logiciels en fonction des besoins opérationnels.
Votre profil
Prérequis
- Bachelor HES en informatique complété idéalement par une formation continue de niveau DAS utile à la fonction
- 5 ans minimum d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
- En cas d'engagement, il est nécessaire de fournir un extrait du registre des poursuites et du casier judiciaire, ainsi qu'une preuve d'équivalence pour les diplômes étrangers.
Contraintes du poste
- Le poste est soumis à l'accréditation (casier judiciaire et attestation de non-poursuite vierges).
Compétences métier
- Bonnes connaissances des principes IaC et des outils / langages associés : Ansible / terraform / Salt, Gitlab / Gitops, Python, ....
- Bonnes connaissances de la gestion d'infrastructures cloud
- Bonnes connaissances des solutions Middleware type serveurs d'applications / serveurs web (Tomcat, IIS, Apache / PHP, Python etc)
- Bonnes compétences Gitlab et spécifiquement Gitlab CI
- Bonnes connaissances des systèmes d'exploitation Linux, Windows
- Connaissances des solutions d'hébergement et d'exécution des containers (Openshift, podman, gestions images etc).
