Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur :

  • Vous élaborez des stratégies commerciales et définissez des plans commerciaux pour atteindre les objectifs de performance
  • Vous développez et fidélisez un portefeuille de clients majeurs dans l'industrie, la grande distribution et le secteur des grossistes en apportant des solutions adaptées
  • Vous détectez et exploitez de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires en mettant en avant des offres différenciantes et à forte valeur ajoutée
  • Vous collaborez avec les équipes marketing et innovation pour optimiser le positionnement des produits et assurer leur succès sur le marché
  • Vous encadrez et motivez une équipe engagée en favorisant une culture de collaboration et de réussite collective
  • Vous pilotez des projets commerciaux stratégiques et participez aux décisions structurantes au sein de l'équipe de direction

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation supérieure en commerce, gestion ou ingénierie agroalimentaire
  • Vous avez une solide expérience en gestion de comptes clés, idéalement dans l'agroalimentaire, ainsi qu'une expérience confirmée en management en Suisse
  • Vous parlez couramment allemand et français ; l'anglais et / ou l'italien sont un atout
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils de gestion commerciale et CRM ainsi que les techniques de négociation et d'analyse de marché
  • Vous êtes un-e leader naturel-le, orienté-e résultats, avec un excellent sens relationnel et une approche proactive
