Job Description:

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the commissioning, qualification and service engineering for SKAN solutions and customers in the pharmaceutical environment.
  2. Lead the organization, the global strategic direction and collaboration through all SKAN Sites.
  3. Responsible for the implementation of GMP-compliant qualification.
  4. Designing and implementing processes, tools and technologies in your area of responsibility for maximizing customer added-value.
  5. Ability to develop business opportunities / Proven talent for generating new business opportunities.
  6. Improve processes and drive standardization.
  7. Manage interfaces, stakeholders and partnerships, internally and externally.
  8. Lead, implement and prioritize projects and programs.
  9. Leading, inspiring, coaching and developing teams and technical talents.

Qualifications

  1. University degree and background in engineering - mechatronics, electrical, electronic, systems, process, technology or similar - with additional business management.
  2. Experience leading teams and leading team managers in an international environment.
  3. Professional experience in the industry, manufacturing, technology and/or medtech sector.
  4. Experience in manufacturing processes, operational excellence, qualification management.
  5. Knowledge and experience in the pharma sector and in a GMP-regulated environment would be advantageous.
  6. Knowledge and experience in the successful implementation of commissioning and qualification in manufacturing, services and industry environment, as well as in automation and industrial services implementation.
  7. Experience in building successful teams and developing and empowering talents.
  8. Fluent in English and German; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  9. Willingness to travel worldwide at least 20%.
