The Position Am Standort Basel Drug Substance produzieren wir in drei Manufacturing Units – Monoclonal Antibody (MAB), Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) und Single Use Technology (SUT) – hochwertige pharmazeutische Wirkstoffe, um Patienten weltweit mit Medikamenten zu versorgen. Das Manufacturing Lab Team MAB 95 bietet dir die Möglichkeit, in einem biologischen Produktionsumfeld eigenständig abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben zu übernehmen. Werde Teil unseres Teams und trage aktiv zur Entwicklung und Herstellung innovativer Medikamente bei, indem du in folgenden Prozessen mit wirkst: Als Labor Spezialist bist du für den WCB Auftau Prozess Verantwortlich. Du begleitest und berätst Schnittstellen bei der korrekten systemtechnischen Durchführung des E2E-Prozess für Prozessproben und deren Analysen in den Produktionsgebäuden. Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Deviation rund um den Sample Management Prozess und arbeitest mit an der Implementierung von Massnahmen und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung. Du bist Teil des First Level Supports für die Produktion rund um Fragen des Laborgeräten und Sample Management Prozesses. Die Möglichkeit Du unterstützt die Produktionsbetriebe beim täglichen Ablauf und Troubleshooting u.a. bei der Bedienung und Wartung von verschiedene Laborgeräten und -instrumenten. Des Weiteren: Verwalten und Transport von verschiedene Mustern (Sampelmanagement) Materialverwaltung in den Laborbereiche Sicherstellen der Labor Readiness Bearbeitung von Stammdaten in den Verschiedene Systeme wie SLims, Unilab und MES Sicherstellen der WCB Verwaltungund Sicherstellung des Auftaus und deren Kultur im Seedlabor Schulung von Labor Geräte, sowie Bearbeitung, Überprüfung und Genehmigung von Dokumenten Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessabläufen und Teilnahme an internen und externen Inspektionen / Audits Wer Du bist Du bist Laborant , Pharmatechnologe mit Ausbildung oder Bachelor Abschluss (oder gleichwertige Ausbildung/Erfahrung) im technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich, vorzugsweise in Biotechnologie, Biologie und hast m indestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung. Des Weiteren: Fähigkeit, sich einem schnell ändernden Umfeld mit wechselnden Prioritäten anzupassen und flexibel auf Anfragen zu reagieren. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Fliessend in Deutsch und Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten. Kenntnisse im pharmazeutischen Bereich und der Arbeit unter GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Sehr versiert im Umgang mit IT Systemen.
