Responsibilities

The Role

We are looking for a part-time (50%) Social Media Coordinator to join our team for a limited 6-month period. This role is designed to support our Creative Manager and Social Media Specialist with day-to-day tasks and creative projects. 1-2 years prior experience in social media publishing and/or content creation required.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about bringing creative ideas to life. You’ll assist with tasks such as writing captions, editing photos and videos, publishing content, and engaging with our online community. If you have an affinity for social media trends and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you

This position (located in Zug, Switzerland) will be an in-office position.


What We Expect

  1. Content Management
    • Assist in filling and maintaining all European social media accounts.
    • Write engaging captions in German.
    • Translate copy from English to German and vice versa.
  2. Content Creation
    • Edit videos and photos for social media platforms (CapCut skills advantageous).
    • Design and create Instagram Stories (Canva skills advantageous).
    • Capture social media content in our Zug store (strong content creation skills required).
  3. Publishing
    • Undertake daily manual publishing of Instagram Stories and TikTok posts.
  4. Community Engagement
    • Respond to community comments and messages on social media platforms.
    • Provide recommendations to enhance fan engagement and foster a loyal community.
  5. Administrative Tasks
    • Use company-specific tools such as Sprinklr, Airtable, Canva, and CapCut to complete creative and administrative tasks as directed.
    • Support with last minute requests.
    • Efficiently manage and organize social creative assets within the digital asset manager.
    • Manage direct messages for EU stores lacking a Customer Experience Manager.
    • UGC requests.
    • Sprinklr card build out.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  1. Native in German and Fluent (proficiency) in English.
  2. Strong passion for social media and a keen interest in staying up to date with trends.
  3. Proficiency with various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  4. Interest in photography and video creation.
  5. Basic understanding of content management tools such as Sprinklr, Airtable, etc.
  6. Proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva is beneficial.
  7. Attentiveness to detail, superior organizational capabilities, and self-management skills.
