(Head) Coach Run

We are looking for a star head coach to become one of the leading studios in Europe. NOW is a Run & Lift studio with an immersive light system.

Mission

Our mission is to help people create their strongest version of themselves and improve their fitness, health, and overall life.

Responsibilities

  • As a head coach, you are representing our brand externally and internally.
  • Be a great leader for our clients, our team, and our community.
  • Be a role model for our brand.
  • Keep a flexible schedule teaching classes (4-14/week), up and down based on business needs.
  • Scout & recruit new coaches (about one potential candidate/month).
  • Train and develop new and existing coaches.
  • Hold catch-up/feedback meetings and training for the team.
  • Assure a high level of service.
  • Be responsible for a good team culture (organize one team event per quarter/half year).
  • Support marketing campaigns to grow our community.
  • Take part in regular meetings with the Studio Manager as well as our CEOs.

Characteristics & Track Record

  • Passion for Run & Lift and our NOW brand.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a fitness brand, preferably in a leadership role and internationally.
  • Flexible in their time to teach in the morning 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., lunchtime 11:15 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., evening 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. weekdays or weekends and holidays (approx. 4-14 sessions per week).
  • Full of positive energy and enthusiasm.
  • Reliable and professional.
