Aufgabengebiet Sie sind für die Überwachung und Freigabe der Rohstoffe und Endprodukte verantwortlich Sie begleiten die Produktion bei Fragen, Innovationen und Optimierungen, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten. Sie erstellen und aktualisieren Risikoanalysen und sind für die Einhaltung aller Standards und Labels (Bio, Fairtrade, Halal, Kosher) verantwortlich. Sie führen Deklarationsprüfungen durch und bearbeiten Kundenanfragen im Qualitätsbereich. Sie entwickeln das Q-System weiter, setzen es um und unterstützen bei Audits und Schulungen. Anforderungsprofil Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Lebensmittelingenieur FH/ETH, BSc / MSc in Lebensmitteltechnologie/-wissenschaften Sie kennen die Lebensmittelgesetze (CH/ EU) sowie GMP/GDP-Erfahrung Sie haben bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement Ihre Denkweise ist dabei pragmatisch, vernetzt und risikobewusst Sie arbeiten eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst und sind ein echter Teamplayer.
