Als Head IT Strategy & Operations unterstützt du den CIO bei der Umsetzung zentraler Prioritäten, die die gesamte IT-Organisation betreffen und eine koordinierte und konsolidierte Herangehensweise erfordern. Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle in der strategischen und operativen Leitung der IT-Organisation, indem du Prozesseffizienzen steigerst und die Zusammenarbeit sowohl mit internen als auch externen Stakeholdern förderst. Zudem trägst du aktiv zur Entwicklung, Planung, Steuerung und Transformation des IT Operating Models bei.

Das kannst du bewirken
  • Du unterstützt den CIO im täglichen IT-Management und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen.
  • Du entwickelst die IT-Strategie im Einklang mit den Geschäftszielen.
  • Du optimierst das IT Operating Model gemäss Strategie und Prozessen.
  • Du leitest strategische Projekte zur Verbesserung der IT-Lieferfähigkeit.
  • Du überwachst Erfolgskennzahlen der IT-Organisation.
Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich; weiterführende Qualifikationen (MBA oder Zertifizierungen) sind von Vorteil.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT/IS-Bereich in der Management Beratung oder einer leitenden Funktion (in der Finanz/Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil).
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Stakeholder Management auf allen Ebenen bis auf Stufe Geschäftsleitung.
  • Exzellente analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten, sowie einen strukturierten und organisierten Ansatz.
  • Grundkenntnisse in modernen IT-Systemen, Cloud-Technologien und IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen.
