Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung der strategischen und operativen Leitung der 'Corporate IT' und Führung von 6 direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Installation und Konfiguration von neuen IT-Systemen sowie für die Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Systemen und Systemkomponenten wie Server (Windows/Linux), Netzwerk, Firewalls, Datenbanksysteme, Speichersysteme, Remoteaccess- und Sicherheitslösungen sowie Windows-Client Systemen.
- Strategische Planung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Strategien, die die Geschäftsziele des Unternehmens unterstützen.
- Projektmanagement: Leitung von IT-Projekten, von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
- Support und Problemlösung: Unterstützung bei komplexen IT-Problemen und Koordination des IT-Supports für die Mitarbeiter.
- Budgetverwaltung: Verwaltung des IT-Budgets und Kostenkontrolle.
- Kommunikation: Schnittstelle zwischen der IT-Abteilung und anderen Unternehmensbereichen, um deren IT-Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und Lösungen bereitzustellen.
