What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee and optimize procurement processes related to market data and software solutions, supporting a global network of users across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contract Management:
    Handle procurement contracts, ensuring compliance and efficient record-keeping.
    Supervise contract documentation, invoicing, and payment workflows.
  2. User Access & Data Tracking:
    Manage user access requests and maintain accurate tracking records.
    Ensure timely updates and efficient data input processes.
  3. Process Improvement:
    Continuously refine procurement procedures and operational workflows.
    Identify and implement enhancements to streamline efficiency.
  4. Supplier & Negotiation Management:
    Support supplier relationship management and progressively take on contract negotiations.
    Build strong partnerships to drive value and optimize procurement outcomes.
  5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Develop reporting tools and BI solutions to analyze trends and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
    Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  6. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:
    Contribute to special projects and tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management within a global environment.
  • Solid understanding of IT licensing and/or market data procurement, preferably in commodity trading.
  • Fluency in English and French (C2 level or equivalent); additional languages are a plus.
  • University degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI and/or Python is advantageous.
