Take the next big step in your careerYour roleMonitoring of the services we provide to our customersIncident management, Service Request Management and Change ManagementTroubleshooting, documenting, reproducing and following up on issues or requests reported by the customersCommunication with the customers to understand the problem and internal communication with the other team members to effectively solve itProactively analyze application logs to detect the problemMaintain the support documentation (cookbook) to keep it up-to-dateMonthly pre-scheduled and ad-hoc reportingTechnical customer support and working in 365/24/7 support teamYour profileHave know-how and experience with Windows and Linux environmentBasic knowledge of network concepts and ability to follow and troubleshoot network problemsExperience in monitoring of systems and services (Check_mk or Pingdom)Knowledge of SQL database querying, log analysis, simple code analysisApplication and web server management experience (Tomcat, Apache HTTP) would be considered as an advantagePrevious experience in providing technical support would be considered as an advantageGood communication skills, excellent spoken and written EnglishUp-to-date technical knowledge / IT background: formal or informalTeam player with ability to learn fast and adapt to changesAttitude for solving problems and acting on own initiativeAbility to stay calm in situations under pressureKnowledge of spoken and written German would be an advantageAdjust your time to work efficiently, be it working hours, part-time options, home office or unpaid leave.Your well-being is important.
