Your responsibilities Operate and monitor photolithography equipment including resist coating, exposure, and development tools Continuously improve existing lithography processes with a focus on yield, stability, and throughput Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of process deviations Support the transfer and optimization of new process flows into production by working closely with the leaders of cross‑functional R&D initiatives Ensure smooth and timely processing of engineering and production wafer lots through the line Work with metrology systems to monitor process performance and ensure product quality Engage with equipment suppliers to address operational needs and support upgrades or replacements Your profile Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering (e.g., FH or equivalent), preferably with a focus on microtechnology Hands‑on experience in photolithography or cleanroom production environment Strong interest in production support and process optimization Basic knowledge of SPC and DOE is a plus Structured and independent working style with a proactive mindset Team player with good communication skills in German and English Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced cleanroom environment Note to applicants For this position, we are able to consider applications from the following: Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, third‑country nationals based in Switzerland with an appropriate work permit (B or C‑permit).
