Alors rejoins‑nous pour façonner l'expérience d'achat de demain  En tant que Regional Marketing Manager, vous êtes responsable du déploiement de la stratégie marketing du Groupe au sein du grand magasin Manor Genève. Vous développez des activations locales impactantes, gérez la planification annuelle et organisez des événements premium pour renforcer l’attractivité et la visibilité du Flagship Store de Manor. Tes responsabilités Déployer la stratégie marketing du Groupe au niveau local. Élaborer le plan marketing annuel du magasin et en assurer l’exécution. Concevoir, produire et coordonner des événements VIP, presse, influence et grand public (min. 3 à 5 ans d’expérience exigée). Développer un réseau local solide : médias, institutions, influenceurs, prestataires et partenaires B2B. Gérer et optimiser le budget marketing local ; mesurer la performance des actions. Coordonner les activations retail : animations, visuels, pop‑ups et temps forts commerciaux. Collaborer étroitement avec la direction du magasin, les équipes commerciales, VM et les services centraux. Piloter et suivre les actions digitales locales (contenus, réseaux sociaux, newsletters). Être force de proposition pour renforcer l’expérience client et l’innovation en magasin. Ton profil Formation en marketing/communication ou équivalent. Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience confirmée en organisation d’évènements, idéalement dans le retail. Excellente connaissance du marché genevois (médias, influence, partenaires). Compétences solides en gestion de projets, négociation, coordination et pilotage budgétaire. Personnalité créative, proactive, rigoureuse et orientée résultats. Souci de l’esthétique, sens du détail et passion pour l’expérience client. Aisance relationnelle, capacité à fédérer et à travailler en transversal. Manor SA, dont le siège central est situé à Bâle, est le leader du marché suisse dans le secteur des grands magasins avec une part de marché d’environ 60 %. Au total, l’entreprise emploie environ 6 800 personnes et forme environ 200 apprenti·e·s par an.
