YOUR CHALLENGE

  1. Steering of financial resources by providing management information, limit frameworks and tools to optimize revenues in light of regulatory capital, balance sheet and liquidity costs.
  2. Maintenance / enhancement of the FTP and Cost of Capital Framework.
  3. Regulatory capital management, including planning and forecasting.
  4. Monitor regulatory developments and assess the impact on our business model.
  5. Observe and steering of liquidity requirements in collaboration with Treasury Risk Management.
  6. Development and maintenance of financial models used for prudential reporting and the optimization of the use of financial resources (capital, balance sheet, liquidity and funding).
  7. Working on the implementation of steering, budgeting and forecasting tools.
  8. Working on the implementation and maintenance of financial models and the Group’s fund transfer pricing methodology.
  9. Provides data analysis and conclusions on root causes for developments of capital and liquidity ratios.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.
  2. At least 8+ years of experience in a similar role in either ALM, Treasury or Risk Management in the financial services industry.
  3. Expertise in respect of regulatory capital and liquidity standards as implemented in Switzerland.
  4. Track record in handling and analysis of large amounts of data and financial modelling; programming skills will be a plus.
  5. Hands-on, solution and delivery oriented mind-set with track record of close collaboration with Front Office and Corporate Functions across all levels of seniority.
  6. Fluent in German and English.
