Legal Counsel Fondsverträge

Aufgaben
  1. Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Verhandlung von Verträgen im Zusammenhang mit Fund Investments, einschließlich Private Market Investments.
  2. Laufende Bearbeitung von Rechtsdokumenten für Verwaltung von Investments, Fonds- und Vertriebsverträgen, Service Level Agreements etc.
  3. Laufende Durchführung von rechtlichen Checks für verschiedene Anlagevehikel, Anlagedienstleistungen und Anlageklassen unter UCITS, FIDLEG, FinIA; AIFMD, MiFID etc.
  4. Analyse und Bewertung der rechtlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen für den Vertrieb.
  5. Beratung und Betreuung des Fondvertriebs, der Komitees, des Senior Managements und Investoren.
  6. Laufende Kommunikation mit Aufsichtsbehörden, externen Anwaltskanzleien etc.
  7. Monitoring der rechtlichen und regulatorischen Entwicklungen in den Märkten für Investmentfonds.
  8. Verantwortlich für regulatorische Initiativen und deren Umsetzung in den Fachabteilungen.
  9. Ad hoc Projekte für die Fachabteilungen, das Senior Management und die Geschäftsleitung.
Qualifikation
  1. Master of Law / LL.M. oder Rechtsanwalt, von Vorteil.
  2. Erste Legal und Compliance Erfahrung im Asset Management, einer Kanzlei oder BigFour-Company.
  3. Kenntnisse der schweizerischen oder internationalen Fondsindustrie / Behördenarbeit.
  4. Kenntnisse der Fondsregulierungen wie UCITS, FIDLEG, FinIA, AIFMD, MiFID etc.
  5. Private Market Fonds-Wissen von Vorteil.
  6. Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
  7. Hohe Serviceorientierung.
  8. Interesse an einer dynamischen, zusammenarbeitenden, internationalen Arbeitsumgebung.
  9. MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Excel, PP.
  10. Fliessend Deutsch und Englisch.
