Verity is the global leader in autonomous indoor drone systems. Our integrated inventory tracking system enables zero-error warehousing for big box retailers, third-party logistics providers, and manufacturers. Verity's live events solutions help create stunning effects for top names in the entertainment industry like Drake, Céline Dion, Justin Bieber, Metallica, and Cirque du Soleil.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for on-site installations of Verity's cutting-edge systems in our client’s facilities. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong technical acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

  1. Perform on-site installation of Verity’s system following established procedures.
  2. Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure that systems work as expected.
  3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues malfunctions.
  4. Maintain accurate records of tasks.
  5. Provide continuous feedback on processes, tools and documentation.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  7. Be willing to travel internationally up to 100% of the time, and be available to work nights and weekends during these trips.

What you bring:

  1. Technical certifications or vocational training.
  2. Previous experience in the installation of integrated systems encompassing hardware and software.
  3. Effective communication skills for interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  4. Adaptability to changing work environments, schedules, and unforeseen challenges.
  5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages would be advantageous.
  6. Experience in setting up network equipment.
  7. Possession of a valid driving license.
  8. Familiarity with Linux and basic terminal commands (would be a plus).
