Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans la maîtrise des enjeux réglementaires et accompagner les acteurs financiers dans un environnement exigeant et en pleine transformation ? Alors postulez Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur Vous vérifiez le respect des réglementations financières (gouvernance d'entreprise, règles d'organisation interne, lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et codes de conduite) dans les domaines bancaire, du négoce de titres et des placements collectifs de capitaux Vous apportez un soutien et des conseils aux intermédiaires financiers lors de leurs démarches d'autorisation auprès des autorités de surveillance ou des organismes d'autorégulation Vous dirigez des missions spéciales ayant pour objectif d'identifier un éventuel assujettissement réglementaire ou de corriger des situations de non-conformité résultant de manquements à la réglementation en vigueur Vous développez une connaissance approfondie d'un large éventail de clients Vous acquérez une compréhension fine des besoins et des enjeux d'un portefeuille client diversifié Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur Vous détenez un Master en droit des affaires ou équivalent. La possession d'un diplôme en compliance management et/ou du brevet d'avocat constitue un réel avantage. Vous cumulez au minimum 6 ans d'expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou financier, et une expérience au sein d'un cabinet d'audit représente un plus. Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais Vous faites preuve d'une aptitude à proposer des solutions nouvelles, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et vous aimez être en contact direct avec la clientèle Vous disposez d'un solide sens de la négociation et d'une bonne capacité à trouver des accords.
