It will standardize processes on a single “clean” SAP S/4HANA platform, ensuring a cost‑effective, fit‑for‑purpose digital backbone that supports business agility with strict adherence to SAP Clean Core principles.Job Function & DetailsJob Function: Project/Program ManagementJob Sub Function: Project/Program ManagementJob Category: ProfessionalLocation: Zug, SwitzerlandSeniority Level: Not ApplicableEmployment Type: Full‑timeJob Function: Information TechnologyIndustry: Pharmaceutical ManufacturingRequisition Numbers – The role is posted across several countries:United States – R‑046009Switzerland – R‑048419Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy – R‑048405Apply for one or more of these requisitions; your applications will be considered as a single submission.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesGlobal Template DeploymentImplement the pre‑defined global Value Stream process template across regions and business units, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and SAP standards.Lead the deployment of the Value Stream template within S/4HANA, avoiding customizations unless strictly required by legal or regulatory requirements.Ensure all design decisions conform to SAP Clean Core principles—favoring configuration over custom development and using standard extensibility frameworks where needed.Leadership & CollaborationLead cross‑functional teams including business SMEs, IT, SAP consultants, validation experts, and system integrators.Collaborate with other value stream leads (e.g., Procure to Pay, Finance, Manufacturing) to achieve fully integrated end‑to‑end process design.Act as key connection between business units, program leadership, and technical teams to align scope, timeline, and readiness.Solution Delivery & ValidationOversee detailed solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy (including GxP and CSV compliance), and business process walkthroughs.Manage testing activities including Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation activities in alignment with SDLC.Support creation and approval of validation deliverables in accordance with QA and regulatory requirements.Change Management & TrainingCollaborate with the Change Management team to drive user readiness and adoption of the global Value Stream template.Support creation and delivery of training materials and process documentation tailored to regulated users and business partners.QualificationsRequiredUniversity‑level degree or equivalent experience in quality, business/IT technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience.At least 8 years of professional experience.Deep knowledge of Value Stream processes in a GxP‑compliant environment, including commercial distribution, serialization, credit management, and revenue recognition.Strong team leadership or management skills.Solid understanding of SAP Clean Core principles, extensibility strategies (e.g., In‑App, Side‑by‑Side), and system sustainability implications.Strong facilitation, customer engagement, and leadership skills, including experience with business leaders, regulatory bodies, and global teams.Familiarity with CSV, SDLC, GXP.Proficiency with SAP tools: S/4HANA modules relevant to the Value Stream (Sales and Distribution, Credit Management, Billing), Fiori, or Solution Manager.PreferredExperience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry.OtherAbility to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and internationally.Key SkillsAgile Decision Making, Agility Jumps, Analytics Insights, Business Alignment, Continuous Improvement, Cross‑Functional Collaboration, Leadership, Organizational Project Management, Program Management, Project Management Methodology (PMM), Project Management Office (PMO), Project Management Tools, Project Reporting, Statement of Work (SOW), Technical Credibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
