If you want to work in a dynamic company that offers you the opportunity to develop and grow your skills and that invests in its employees: Don\'t wait any longer to apply Job Description The Security Team Manager: serves as the day-to-day manager of a site security team is responsible for building a cohesive, well-trained, and high performing security team client service and problem resolution, service enhancement, security operations center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, system monitoring, log maintenance, and access rights maintenance reports directly to the campus security manager, works alongside other security team managers in their campus, and manages other security personnel at their site. Qualifications Your Skills: Takes ownership Interpersonal & organisational savvy Leads by example Expects excellence Builds high performing teams Effective communication Your Profile: Strong leadership Demonstrated experience leading a team Demonstrated experience working in a client facing role Good stakeholder management Someone with a good security background Good English - written & verbal Strong computer / IT skills (inc.
