At xorlab, we’re looking for a skilled and creative Product Marketer to join our Zurich-based Marketing team and help us protect organizations against the growing number of phishing attacks and evolving communication-based threats.

About the role

In this position, you’ll drive the go-to-market strategy for our innovative email security product, working closely with the Head of Marketing, Head of Product and our CEO from day one. You’ll play a hands-on role in launching features, conducting market research, enabling the sales team and crafting compelling content that inspires action.

Tasks
  • Shape and execute our go-to-market strategies, positioning xorlab’s security platform for success.
  • Lead the launch and messaging of new product features and updates.
  • Deepen our understanding of customers through research, feedback and developing persona profiles.
  • Craft and share customer stories that resonate and build trust.
  • Analyse competitors and trends through research and testing.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams to refine our roadmap based on market and customer insights.
  • Support demand generation activities of the Marketing team with targeted, story-driven content for campaigns, events and more.
  • Enable our sales team and partners to win with impactful tools like playbooks, battle cards, demos and training.
  • Building and managing a rich content calendar that attracts our target audiences. Create and coordinate the development of focused content across the buyer journey.
  • Identify success metrics and measure the results of our strategies and initiatives to iterate and maximize results continuously.
Requirements

We’re seeking a motivated marketer who loves translating complex technical concepts into engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. If you’re excited about cybersecurity, have a passion for making things better every day, and thrive in a collaborative environment where respect, honesty, and continuous improvement are key, this role is for you.

About you
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B product marketing, product management or marketing role at a technology-driven software organization
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong skills at converting complex, technical topics into audience-appropriate content
  • Proven ability to execute product launches, cross-functional initiatives, and sales support projects
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Experience is appreciated
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus, but not required
