The Opportunity
ANYbotics is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re inviting you to be a part of it. As our new Senior Content Manager, you play a pivotal role in positioning ANYbotics as a thought leader in AI-driven robotics by developing and leading compelling content strategies, producing high-quality content and copies, that don’t just market our robotics platform ANYmal but redefine how industries view AI-driven robotics and industrial inspection.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing Communications and collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will take full responsibility for content and social media strategies & content creation, driving impact across the whole funnel - from brand awareness to lead generation to purchase. You’ll define broader content campaign goals and craft engaging messaging and impactful copy that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation, helping to further expand ANYbotics’ reach in global markets like EMEA and the US.

Your Contributions
- Bring ANYbotics’ content strategy to new heights by leading and executing innovative, high-impact initiatives across offline and online formats, tailored to customer funnel stages, key audience needs, and markets, driving measurable improvements in organic traffic, engagement, lead generation, and sales pipeline.
- Elevate social media performance on LinkedIn and YouTube by leading and executing platform-specific strategies and campaigns, achieving remarkable growth in audience size, engagement, and high-quality leads.
- Write and create impactful, high-quality content across blogs, PR articles, webinars, e-books, white papers, and videos, to position ANYbotics as a thought leader in AI-driven robotics.
- Leverage advanced SEO techniques to enhance content visibility, improve search rankings, and drive sustained growth in organic traffic.
- Lead PR efforts by crafting compelling press materials, building strong media relationships, and securing impactful media coverage to amplify ANYbotics’ market presence and credibility.
- Collaborate with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align content and social media strategies with overarching business goals, ensuring seamless execution and measurable success.
- Manage and deliver multiple complex content and social media projects on time, consistently exceeding business objectives and key performance metrics with impactful results.
Your Profile
- You bring in vast expertise in B2B/tech content creation and strategy, leading high-impact campaigns and crafting content strategies that activate the entire funnel, from demand generation to lead conversion.
- You are a social media expert with proven success in managing and growing LinkedIn and YouTube through platform-specific strategies, achieving significant growth in audience size, engagement, and high-quality leads.
- You excel at translating customer pain points, media needs, market trends and data into audience-focused content that drives thought leadership and measurable performance in engagement, traffic, leads, and media traction.
- You are a passionate copywriter skilled in transforming complex technical topics into engaging narratives tailored to diverse audiences across blogs, videos, e-books, webinars and white papers.
- You have a proven ability to lead PR efforts, develop strong media relationships, and secure impactful media coverage to enhance brand credibility.
- You have a strong background in applying data analytics and SEO best practices to optimize content performance, improve search rankings, and increase organic traffic.
- You have a passion and skill at creating simple yet distinctive visuals and videos using tools like generative AI or Canva, enhancing content engagement and reinforcing brand consistency.
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, managing multiple complex projects while delivering impactful results on time.
- Fluent in English.
Bonus Points
- In-depth knowledge of AI or industrial inspection technologies, including applications such as drones and robotics.
- Established connections with influencers or media outlets in key verticals such as power and utilities, metals, mining, and oil and gas to amplify content reach and impact.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly German, is a strong plus.
