Business Development Representative

- 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in B2C-focused industries like retail or finance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to initiate and nurture client relationships.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM is a plus.
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent English and German skills (spoken and written) are mandatory, additional European languages are a plus.
About TRG
The Relevance Group supports the marketing and sales of companies in a wide range of industries with a holistic, data-driven offering. Our journey began with the founding of Datalogue in 2012 and with the change of ownership to Ufenau Capital Partners in May 2022, we were able to usher in the age of relevance. Datalogue GmbH serves as the nucleus for further growth. The Relevance Group currently consists of seven companies and aims for further strategic acquisitions in Europe.
Your mission
- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients within B2C-focused industries (Retail, Finance, Healthcare, etc.) across Europe.
- Initiate communication with key decision-makers through cold outreach (calls, emails, social media) to introduce TRG’s services.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand customer pain points, market trends, and how TRG’s services can provide value.
- Assist the enterprise sales team in preparing pitches and presentations to convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data using HubSpot CRM and ensure proper tracking of all leads.
- Help position TRG as Europe’s first address for data-driven marketing and sales solutions.
