Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil Engineer specializing in structural engineering to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. If you have a strong background in civil or structural engineering and enjoy overseeing complex projects, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the management of construction projects in various sectors including residential, industrial buildings, public facilities, and infrastructure.
  2. Oversee the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects, ensuring that all designs meet safety and regulatory standards.
  3. Ensure project completion within agreed timelines and budgets, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Take full ownership of the project from concept to delivery, managing all stakeholders and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction projects (residential, industrial buildings, public infrastructure, etc.).
  3. Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
  4. Strong references from previous employers to validate past project leadership experience.
  5. Stable professional track record, demonstrating the ability to see projects through all phases.
  6. Excellent knowledge of Swiss building codes and construction regulations.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  9. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with fluency in French (other languages are a plus).
  10. Detail-oriented, precise, and capable of working autonomously.
