Employment Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  • PO creation in the payment system
  • PO acceptance in the payment system
  • PO management
  • All contractors' expense report and coordination
  • Payment allocation management and yearly updates
  • Financial documents archiving
  • Troubleshooting for accounting issues

Key Requirements:

  • Language: German is a must, if not a native speaker, German level no less than B2; fluent in English, Chinese is a plus;
  • Professional skills: good at Microsoft software operation, financial background is a plus;
  • Working background: experience in a large company or institution; international experience is a plus.
