Client:

One of our clients, a well-established single family office based in Geneva, is seeking a dynamic and organized corporate administrator with experience in trusts, compliance, and legal documentation. The office is a close-knit, collegial team offering a varied and enriching caseload, with good opportunities for professional growth over time. Office is centrally located (Rive Gauche).

Position:

As part of a small but efficient Legal & Corporate Services team, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support throughout the lifecycle of a large, multi-jurisdictional portfolio of companies. This includes assisting in the preparation of minutes, resolutions, contracts (e.g., SPAs, NDAs, loan agreements), and organizing and attending board meetings. Additionally, your role will involve preparing documents for general assemblies, handling all investment and financial documentation, and liaising with foreign correspondents and banks on KYC, regulatory issues, and beneficial ownership matters.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree (in law, economics, business, or a related field).
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a family office, trust company, bank, or multinational legal environment.
  • Familiar with trust structures a must, as well as corporate administration, ideally in a paralegal capacity.
  • STEP qualification is a plus, but not a requirement (sponsorship may be available).
  • A discreet and organized individual, accustomed to working thoroughly and accurately with files and documents.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to solve problems independently while working effectively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, with French proficiency (minimum C1 level).
  • Willing to work full-time (no home office option).
  • Must hold a valid work permit (frontalier status accepted).
