Smood ist ein Food-Tech-Unternehmen, das Schweizer Verbraucher mit mehr als 2.000 Restaurants und 80 Migros-Filialen verbindet, und wir sind ständig auf der Suche nach zusätzlichen Dienstleistungen, um unser Kernangebot zu erweitern. Alle mobilen Apps, die Website und andere proprietäre Technologien und Software werden intern entwickelt. Smood steht für eine vielfältige, dynamische und offene Unternehmenskultur mit mehr als 150 Mitarbeitern an 3 verschiedenen Bürostandorten. Smood.ch sucht einen Territory Manager für eine unbefristete Stelle ab dem 1. Dezember oder nach Vereinbarung. Die Stelle wird von zu Hause aus besetzt und deckt die Regionen Zürich und Zug ab. Der Territory Manager wird einmal pro Woche das Hauptbüro besuchen, um mit den Verkaufsteams zusammenzuarbeiten.
Aufgaben
- Umsatzgenerierung: Akquise und Abschluss von Partnerschaften mit Restaurants, Supermärkten, Weinhändlern, Kosmetik Geschäften und Apotheken, mit besonderem Fokus auf die Gastronomie
- Pipeline-Management: Nutzung von HubSpot zur Verwaltung der Akquisitions-Pipeline
- Kundenbeziehungsmanagement: Pflege und Ausbau von Partnerschaften zur Erhöhung des Umsatzes
- Kollaboration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams für Marketing, Operations und Partner-Support zur Sicherstellung der Partnerzufriedenheit
- Kommunikation: Betreuung der Partner per Telefon, E-Mail und persönliche Meetings, um die Vorteile von Smood.ch zu präsentieren
Requirements
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, insbesondere in der Zusammenarbeit mit Restaurants in einem SaaS-Umfeld
- Fähigkeiten: Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Beziehungsmanagementfähigkeiten
- Sprache: Fliessend auf Deutsch und Englisch
