SPAR ist der Lebensmittel-Händler mit vielen Angeboten frisch aus der Nachbarschaft. So frisch. So nah. So günstig.

Für unseren brandneuen SPAR Express an der Raststätte Herrlisberg (Autobahn A3), welcher 24/7 geöffnet ist, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kundenorientierte, selbständige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit.

Als Operations Manager Retail – (m/w/d) 100% wirst Du Teil eines neuen Teams sein und hilfst mit, dem Standort eine neue Identität zu geben. Dies alles an schönster Lage eingebettet zwischen Schweizer Alpen und dem Zürichsee. Vor Eröffnung des Standortes wirst du 4-6 Wochen lang an einem unserer Standorte trainiert, um den SPAR Express kennenzulernen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Führungsverantwortung und Ansprechperson für die Mitarbeiter im Bereich Retail
  • Aktive Front Mitarbeit als Gastgeber
  • Unterstützung des Unit Managers in diversen Belangen: Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe, Personalplanung, Durchführung von internen Schulungen, etc.
  • Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Ausbildung, Schulung und Training deiner Arbeitskollegen vor Ort
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte Führungserfahrung
  • Du bist eine offene und dynamische Person, welche gerne Verantwortung trägt
  • Du motivierst das Team mit deiner positiven Ausstrahlung und Zielorientierung täglich zu Bestleistungen
  • Die Front ist und bleibt deine Leidenschaft: eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung zeichnet dich aus
  • Organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ein großes Qualitätsbewusstsein runden dein Profil ab
  • Deutsch sprichst du fließend, zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
