Tasks
  • You are responsible for ensuring that our customers have a great customer experience.
  • You will support the Team Leader - Operations in his daily tasks and get to know the challenges of this area.
  • You will take care of a variety of processes such as coordinating incoming and outgoing cars, claims processing, vehicle registration, customer support, etc. – you will see every process involved in running a car subscription.
  • You will be in contact with various parties – B2B customers, B2C customers, garage partners, insurance companies, drivers, etc.
  • You will take responsibility for implementing and improving our processes.
Requirements
  • You are comfortable in a customer-facing role
  • Fluent English and French, German and Italian are a plus.
  • Curious to gain experience and learn.
  • Flexible, proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Willing to take on responsibility.
  • Eager to help build a start-up.
