What are we looking for We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented and collaborative Clinical Quality Process & Medical Procurement Specialist to join our team at The Kusnacht Practice. This role will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our clinical quality management systems and operational processes, ensuring compliance with Swiss healthcare regulations while contributing to a culture of excellence, safety and accountability across our medical teams. This is an on-site position based in Zollikon ZH. Your Responsibilities Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) at The Kusnacht Practice in compliance with Swiss healthcare regulations and licensing requirements Conduct and document internal audits and self-inspections to ensure ongoing quality assurance Support the implementation of legal and regulatory standards including cantonal and federal health regulations Monitor and improve the quality of medical documentation ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal and regulatory standards Prepare and manage inspection-related documentation for health authorities Drive process optimisation across clinical nursing and administrative functions Maintain and update clinical workflows to reflect best practice and compliance standards Oversee the procurement of medical materials and equipment ensuring compliance with Swissmedic and internal standards Provide training and guidance to internal teams on QMS process adherence and compliance topics Contribute to the company’s digital transformation by promoting efficient compliant use of digital tools and systems You are / have Degree in Nursing, Health Sciences or a related medical field Several years of experience in clinical quality management, process optimisation or medical operations Solid understanding of Swiss healthcare regulations (e.g. Gesundheitsgesetz HMG, MedBG, cantonal directives) Experience with internal audits, self-inspections and document control in a healthcare setting Strong grasp of medical documentation standards and data integrity Structured, detail-oriented and independent working style Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in English (C1/C2); advanced German skills are an asset Skilled in MS Office and digital workflow tools Genuine commitment to client care and continuous improvement Eligibility to work in Switzerland What we offer This role provides a unique opportunity to be part of an international high-end environment where service excellence and professionalism are at the heart of everything we do.
