Job Description
Do you have significant experience with SAP Transport Management? We are currently looking for an SAP Transport Management consultant for a leading pharmaceutical and diagnostic company in Switzerland. As a SAP TM consultant, you will be tasked with defining, designing, and implementing solutions that align with business requirements, transition scenarios, and end-to-end processes.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain product backlog items that support future business needs.
  • Develop detailed user stories that support future business needs.
  • Work in close collaboration with BCOs and stakeholders for the prioritization of backlog items.
  • Ensure consistency between Adonis and Solution Manager.
  • Prepare change requests, and WRICEFs documentation and present them in E2E Design Authority meetings.
  • Develop acceptance criteria, and test cases and execute them to ensure future solutions meet business needs.
  • Develop transition scenarios and E2E scenarios from process, systems, and data perspective.
  • Understand system solutions that will host the business functionality and work in close collaboration with system and solution architects to support them in the decision-making and sequencing of future solutions.
  • Participate and collaborate in system demos.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.
  • Work on project deliverables according to project milestones.
  • Oversee the documentation managed in Solution Manager and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
  • Manage the business community to keep their engagement and understand their processes so that the predefined harmonized processes continue to fulfill their needs.
  • Coordinate and align project plans with external partners (4 PLs logistics providers) or the company’s internal partner systems and business functions.
  • Work on the development of training material.
  • Develop Global SOPs which describe global business processes.
  • Challenge status quo and target breakthrough innovations to ensure the current and future business processes are supported.

Your Profile:

  • SAP transport management experience of at least 7 years.
  • SAP Transport Management S4 HANA embedded.
  • SAP TM experience in forwarding scenarios.
  • SAP SD/MM experience of at least 3 years.
  • Experience in integration between SAP and SAP EWM.
  • Experience in Logistics business.
  • Good communication skills in English.
