The Business Strategy Planning Manager is responsible for the:

  1. Coordinate product marketing tasks and initiatives across SSG BUs, e.g. common presentation materials for promotions, TRMs, QBRs, etc.
  2. Consolidate competitor and market analysis for the SSG business
  3. Support and coordinate the strategic and tactical planning process for SSG, own and drive subsets of strategy definition and planning tasks
  4. Support the strategy deployment process including the target setting process
  5. Support the leadership team in enhancing the organization’s productivity applying best practices contributing with ideas and initiatives also based on own observations, assessments and thinking ahead
  6. Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that the organization’s priorities are met including follow-ups on tasks and deadlines
  7. Prepare reports and presentations
  8. Support and prepare effective communication for SSG
  9. Prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings
  10. Conduct research, gather and process information to prepare and support the decision-making process
  11. Manage special projects with strategic and cross-functional focus as well as ad-hoc requests
