We are looking for an experienced Architect Siemens Teamcenter.

Job Description
As a Project Technical Lead, you will be in charge of the delivery of large deals. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing the core vision of the project and managing a roadmap.
2. Understanding a large part of the PLM portfolio functionally and technically.
3. Creating large engagement quotations, identifying risks, dependencies, and making plans.
4. Leading the technical implementation of a Siemens PLM Implementation project.
5. Being involved in consulting, implementation, migration, interface, upgrade, and application maintenance support.
6. Managing a technical team for delivery (30-60 members).

Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience in Teamcenter architecture and implementation.
2. Experience in architecting large solutions, evaluating from the portfolio, investigating technical solutions, and defining overall architecture (E2E), interfacing with other projects (ERP, HR, etc.).
3. The ability to size workload for large engagements and assist in pre-sales.
4. Strong communication skills, adapting style for management, and the ability to deep dive technically.
5. The capability to develop and explain a master vision of the plan.
6. A positive attitude towards planning, quotation, management, and design.
7. Familiarity with BPMN, TOGAF, or other architecture frameworks.
