Casino Bern is seeking a Head of Service to lead the service area with heart, competence and a natural host mentality. You ensure guests feel comfortable, coordinate restaurant flow, and actively support your team in daily operations.
You will manage operational aspects, train apprentices, contribute to daily planning, and uphold high quality standards. German language skills preferred, with additional languages a plus, and a flexible, resilient attitude for busy service periods.
