Aufgaben

Der Aufgabenschwerpunkt ist die organisatorische, personelle und fachliche Leitung des globalen Teams von Applikationsingenieuren. Im Rahmen der Konzepte- und Produktentwicklung von Neuprodukten sind Sie zusammen mit Ihrem Team für die Design-Validierung zuständig. Es gilt sicherzustellen, dass die entwickelten Produkte ihre Funktionalitäten korrekt, anforderungsgerecht und sicher erfüllen. Dafür begleiten Sie den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess von der Anforderungsspezifikation bis zum Anwendungstest aus der Perspektive des Endnutzers. In dieser vielfältigen Schnittstellenfunktion arbeiten Sie eng mit den internen Abteilungen zusammen (Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Qualitätssicherung, Produktentwicklung usw.). Hinzu kommt die Beratung der Kunden bei der technischen Anwendung der Produkte und Problemlösung.

Qualifikationen

Vorausgesetzt wird ein Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Maschinenbau oder Naturwissenschaften (Physik, Chemie, Kunststoff) und vertiefte Entwicklungs- oder Anwendungserfahrung mit Fluiden. Von Vorteil verfügen Sie über Spezialkenntnisse der physikalischen und mechanischen Prinzipien zur Lagerung und Abgabe von Flüssigkeiten (reaktive Klebstoffe). Auch bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Berichterstattung von Anwendungs- und Leistungstests (Design-Validierung) mit. Sie geben Ihr Wissen mit Freude weiter und haben dabei immer die Perspektive und Anforderungen des Endnutzers im Blick. Analytisches Denkvermögen, eine systematische Arbeitsweise, Kommunikations- und Organisationsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten sind die wichtigen persönlichen Eigenschaften, die Sie auszeichnen. In Englisch kommunizieren Sie fliessend in Wort und Schrift.
