The Position

Die Gelgenheit:

Das Team Post-/Production Logistics ist für die Bereiche Fertigungssteuerung, Spare Parts & Versand verantwortlich. Konkret werden in der Fertigungssteuerung die Aufträge für die Produktion im SAP vorbereitet und zur Verfügung gestellt, im SpareParts Bereich die Konfektionierung von Ersatzteilen abgewickelt und im Versand die Fertigprodukte transportgerecht vorbereitet und an den Kunden ausgeliefert. Als kompetente Anlaufstelle arbeitet die Abteilung Post-/Production Logistics stetig an der Qualitätssicherung und Umsetzung von KVP Ideen.

Damit das Team Post-/Production Logistics auch langfristig erfolgreich bleibt, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die im Tagesgeschäft, sowie bei Projekten oder Initiativen anpackt und die Mitarbeiter sowie die Abteilung weiterentwickelt. Deine Aufgaben:

  1. Fachliche Führung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden

  2. Erste Anlaufstelle bei prozessualen Problemen oder Systemfehlern

  3. Informationsaustausch zwischen Koordinator, Teamlead und Stakeholdern

  4. Flexible Zuteilung von Ressourcen und Monitoring der Projekte

  5. Leitung und Mitarbeit in strategischen Logistik-Projekten

  6. Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und Dienstleistern

  7. Unterstützung bei SAP-Implementierungen und neuen Funktionalitäten

  8. Erstellung von Management Vorlagen für strategische Entscheidungen

  9. Verbesserung und Harmonisierung lokaler Prozesse basierend auf GxP-Anforderungen

  10. Proaktives Management eigener Aufgaben und Kommunikation mit Schnittstellen

Dein Profil:

  1. Ausbildung in Lean Management, Six Sigma Greenbelt

  2. Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung als Prozesstechniker

  3. Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktionslogistik-Umfeld

  4. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  5. Leitung und Mitarbeit in Logistikprojekten, inkl. Trainingskonzepte

  6. Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung im Rahmenvertrags- und Beschaffungsmanagement

  7. SHE Rundgänge und Safety-Fokus

  8. Kompetenzen in Moderation, Präsentation und Kommunikation mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern

  9. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP S4/Hana, MS-Office oder Google Suite
