Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Zurich on a permanent basis.The role focuses on providing excellent service and ensuring strong technical support for our customers.Main Activities and Tasks:Provide first level support for technical questions regarding PV productsRegister the customer support requestsIdentify the issue and propose a solution, track the progressActivate integral support (e.g. elevate to second level)Communicate with customers in written and by phoneAchieve a good level of customer satisfactionRequired Education & Trainings:Graduation from a University of Applied Sciences, or higher education specializing in Electrical Engineering, or apprentice in electrical fieldBackground and interest in power electronics such as inverters and battery storage systems, good IT know-howRequired Experience:Preferable some front and/or back office experienceSpecific Skills & Technical Knowledge:Strong communication skills in German and English.
